Freelance Ledger (the "Service") is a Telegram bot that helps freelancers track their orders. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Solely to provide the Service: to keep track of your orders and payments, to send the daily question and reminders, and to write your data into your personal Google spreadsheet (if connected).

3. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Freelance Ledger's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide the Service's features; we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law; we do not use it for advertising; and humans do not read the data except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or in an aggregated/anonymized form.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored in our database on a secured server. Google refresh tokens are stored encrypted. Server access is restricted and protected.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except for the services required to operate (Telegram and Google APIs) and where required by law.

6. Data deletion and revoking access

You can revoke Google access at any time at Google Account → Third-party apps. To delete your data from the Service, contact us at ums0525@gmail.com.
